Have we ever been observed during teaching?

- We all have been observed by other teachers and mentors, but only once with the use of an observation sheet. (BeLL-Bogen)

Have we ever observed someone teaching?

- No. During our internships we only observed other professional teachers for the benefit of our own learning process, but without using any sheets. During our studies, we took a PDL (Planning and Designing Lessons)-Course where we've been observed by other students with collective feedback.

Is there a specific scenario or a problem we think of concerning observing someone teaching?

- We thought of several people that could not handle critical feedback.
